MAIN GOAL

Redefine customer interactions to design a best-in-class Conversational User Interface (CUI) for messaging and voice platforms.

CHALLENGES

The project revolved around revitalizing an existing service, demanding an up-to-date design and the creation of a consistent design system. The goal was to establish a foundation for quicker, more consistent, and higher-quality design work.

MY ROLE

I was the lead product designer on the product team. I was responsible for setting up the product design system and creating a brand design for marketing.

Karin is a multi-talented team-player in the area of design and user-experience.

I have worked with Karin on several projects in a start-up environment. She managed to lay a substantial design foundation for product development and paved the way in terms of user experience and user interface. In parallel, Karin took over crucial parts of branding, brand communications and accelerating further marketing efforts.

 
Karin is not only great to work with, but also was a valuable addition to the team!
